Treasurer's Report: “year to date” report Affiliation to BCCCGC Call for volunteers for audit committee. Two people needed	No report Motion to accept Diddi Price and Jim Mertel to audit the financial statement this December. Moved by: Judy Crowston Seconded by: Pauline Lawrence Motion: accepted Motion : Money for BCCGC scholarship be sent by January each year. Moved by: Dawn Milne Seconded by: Diddi Price Motion accepted	Report will be put on the web site for members to view. Some concern that our name is not listed on the BCCGC list of scholarship donors. Carol explained that out money did not go in because the motion in November was not passed for scholarship until January, Carol is to check with BCCGC on status of our donations re scholarship.
Minutes of January 09 meeting	Motion: Move to accept the minutes of the last meeting as posted on member’s page. Moved by: Moira Biggin Pound Seconded by: Diddi Price Motion: accepted
Correspondence: BC Council of Garden Clubs March 14 th meeting – two volunteers needed.	Motion: To send Lise Hamilton and Dorte Froslov to the BCCGC meeting, Our Club to pay the registration fee and buy “raffle gift” Moved by: Moira Biggin Pound Seconded by: Judy Crowston Motion: accepted	Lise and Dorte will bring back a short report for the March meeting.
Web Site & Newsletter Committee: Dave Colwell & Ellen Grant		Ellen would like to have more people contribute to the newsletter. Please call or email her.
Garden Tour Date. June 14, 2009 · The first meeting of the GT committee recommended that we continue to donate Raffle proceeds to the Friends of the Library.	Motion: Move to give GT raffle proceeds go to the Friends of the Library Moved by: Nairn Stewart Seconded by :Diddi Price Motion: accepted	You will find the minutes on the members’ page and are welcome to come to the meetings. Next meeting April 2 at Carol’s home.

Any other business · HSSS scholarship award		Name: Squamish Gardeners award Contact: Diddi Price Presenter: Diddi Price Criteria: a student planning studies in some aspect of horticulture. It should be giben to someone who doesn’t have another scholarship. HSSS staff to make selection The check of $100 should be written to HSSS
